This theme night was put on with the great help, creative mind, and chef hands of my dear friend Candice over at feedmeteachme.com!
Be sure to check out her site for recipes from this theme night(and beyond), seaweed art for sale, and the adventures of their cute chef family.
Without further adieu, I present, Lady & The Tramp (part two)!
Books & the movie (which Harrison had not seen yet!)
Wine for the moms
grape juice for the kids.
A romantic dinner for two
BEST spaghetti and meatballs I have ever had (and I've been a Buca di Beppo girl for years).
Roll up your sleeves and click on over to feedmeteachme.com for these mouth watering meatballs!
Breadsticks and caprese salad on the side
They were so excited to recreate this moment from the movie.. but darn those noodles tasted so good it turned into a giggling competition of nibbling to the middle.
Instead of the cupcakes, we made one round cake..and by we I mean Candice. She made a delicious vanilla funfetti cake from scratch.
Topped with rolled fondant, lingonberry jam, and junior mints- this dessert was fun and tasty!
After a nice bath, they got cozy by the fire and finished watching the movie before falling asleep.
The thank you card I made for Candice and Harrison = ]
